After spending three years on Branch (a WordPress CI/CD tool) that failed to achieve product-market fit despite investor interest and partnership approaches, Peter pivoted to Reform by carefully validating the idea through landing page feedback and early customer conversations. In just 45 days from prototype to launch, Reform attracted over 1,300 early access signups and converted 60+ paying customers, demonstrating dramatically easier customer acquisition than his previous venture.
