Launched in January 2020 with first customer in March 2020, the company grew to approximately 70 paying customers and $500K-$1M+ in combined SaaS and consulting revenue before being acquired by Pre-IPO in a $20.8M deal (with $5M cash component) for its proprietary technology and team.
